Happy with my upgrade to the new 4.0
I have owned the WOO 3.0 which was okay. I bought the new WOO 4.0 and I have to say this is definitely an improvement. The battery lasts so long I have done 9 sessions and the battery is still not empty. From what I read they also focussed more on making sure it is reliable and doesn't break, I think wireless charging was also a good choice in helping to achieve this.

Ich hatte vorher die WOO 3.0, außer das sie nicht mit der AppleWatch Ultra kommunizierte, zeichnete sie alle Sessions auf. Die Anzahl der Sprünge und auch die Höhen waren nachvollziehbar. Bei normalen Sessions zwischen 50 und 130 Sprüngen. Leider habe ich mir dann die WOO 4.0 zugelegt, in der Hoffnung, die Verbindung zur AppleWatch Ultra würde funktionieren. Das tat sie aber auch nicht. Schlimmer jedoch, dass bei gleicher Spungintensität, plötzlich nur noch 1 jump oder auch mal 3 aufgezeichnet wurden. Von den letzten 21 Sessions lieferte die WOO 4.0 bei 8 Sessions überhaupt keine Daten, obwohl sie natürlich an war und auch mit der Uhr gekoppelt anzeigte. Bei den anderen 13 Session wurden 1 bis 9 Jumps getrackt. Den Support habe ich bereits mehrmals angeschrieben und alle Daten die erforderlich waren zugesandt. Redeten brachte keine Besserung. Nachdem ich einen Tausch gefordert habe, wurden alle emails ignoriert. Sehr traurig so mit seiner Community umzugehen. Ich hoffe, auf diesem Weg meldet sich mal jemand von WOO bei mir und ersetzt mir die defekte WOO 4.0
Great product
WOO built a great device with the WOO 4.0. The battery lasts for days, and it is very accurate. I've compared it with my friends WOO, they measure the same. Only critique is that it doesn't have GPS, but I use my Apple Watch with it and it works great. App, WOO Worlds and everything else is great anyways, i have a lot of fun with everything. Nice job WOO!

This pricing policy is far from fair. I bought version 3.0 and only used it 5 times before it stopped working. You gave me a promo code for version 4.0, but the final cost with the code was €305.46, compared to €279.95 without it. How is this a promotion? It's actually more expensive! Their approach is nowhere near honest or transparent. A promo code should save money, not increase the price. This practice is unfair, especially to customers who had issues with the previous version. They need to seriously reconsider how they treat their loyal users. I'm very disappointed with this deceptive pricing strategy.
